We have recently teamed up with one of the foremost compound pharmacies in the country – one of only four compounding pharmacies in the State of Texas accredited by the PCAB (Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board). The compounding pharmacy will submit for reimbursement the cost of your individual hormone replacement therapy to your insurance company on your behalf. Most insurance companies will cover some part of the cost. Amazingly though, not only is the pharmacy accredited, but their prices are amongst the lowest in the country. So, even if your insurance company reimburses only part or none of the cost, you will find your hormones surprisingly affordable.

Wellness evaluations are customized to the needs of each individual and fees based on the services rendered. The Bio-Identical/Natural Balance program is not covered by insurance and is self-pay only. Upon scheduling your wellness evaluation, we collect a $395.00 credit card deposit by phone. This $395 will be deducted from the final cost of the program, which cost is due at the end of the first visit.
